Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All original tags and hygiene seals must remain attached for the return to be accepted. Once received, refunds are processed within 14 working days.
Orders placed before 12pm GMT, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day.
